Over his investment sales career, Edward has taken an experienced, detailed, client focused approach in representing organizations from coast to coast. In relying on his deep understanding of the affordable housing space, Edward has proven to be an effective strategist and solution-driven practitioner when navigating transactions. As Managing Principal, Edward is responsible for defining and implementing Lippincott REA’s strategic vision, as well as overseeing the company’s day to day operations.

Prior to LREA, Zach had a successful 5 year career with a large national real estate investment brokerage company. With a deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and consultative approach, Zach brings a high level of motivation and professionalism to his clients.
Zach is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he was a top achiever in his class. His collegiate awards include being named a President Scholar, the highest academic honor the university bestows on a student.

Prior to LREA, Eric was an Associate for Monroe Capital, a $10 billion investment fund based in Chicago where his responsibilities included working with business owners and financial sponsors to originate and underwrite credit opportunities within the middle market. Eric started his career at JPMorgan before joining a Dallas-based private equity fund where he focused on the acquisition and turnaround operations of distressed portfolios within the healthcare sector. Eric leverages his prior institutional training and a high volume of deal experience to provide exceptional service and representation to clients by delivering actionable market insight, transparency and quality of execution throughout all prospective transactions.

Prior to LREA, Griffen had a successful career with Diamler AG where he worked in Project Planning and Supply Chain Management. During that time he built a strong knowledge base in quantitative analysis, accounting and vendor relations. Additionally, Griffen gained international experience while being based in Germany and China.
Griffen attended Central Michigan University where he earned a BSBA in Purchasing and Supply Management.

Jack is a recent graduate of Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business with a Bachelors degree in Finance, achieving Dean’s List recognition throughout his four years. While on campus, he was active in the Real Estate Investment Club, Wealth Management Association, as well as philanthropy events that lead to over $100,000 in donations to the American Cancer Society.
Prior to LREA, Jack served as an intern for Plante Moran’s Real Estate division, preparing him for his future in Real Estate Advisory.
